FREE Paleo Soy Free Breakfast Recipe. Soy Allergy is an auto-immune disease that is triggered by the consumption of soy. Foods not allowed in Paleo Diet: legumes, potatoes, dairy and processed foods. Legume includes navy, kidney, string, black, and pinto beans, chickpeas (garbanzo beans), lentils, carob, licorice, and peanuts. It is commonly thought the peanuts are in the nut family. Peanuts are legumes and not allow in Paleo Diet. The allergy can extend to other foods in the legume family. Soybean allergies and peanut allergies are common allergies.

Soy allergy is most common in infants and young children. Soy is added in some fast food ingredients, in most manufactured food and over 50% of processed food. Anti Nutrients

Legumes wheat, grains, potatoes, beans and peas are excluded from Paleo Diet. Scramble Eggs, **** and Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 large eggs

4-6 slices of **** (nitrate free)

1/2 sliced portabella mushrooms sliced

1 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Fry **** to taste separately. Separately saut sliced mushrooms until tender. After mushroom are tender remove. Scramble eggs, sea salt and pepper in olive oil or coconut oil to taste. Remove scrambled eggs. Top scrambled eggs with **** and sauted mushrooms. (Source)
