The other thing I need to make sure youre doing is splitting up your meals and eating an appropriate amount.

A lot of people will starve themselves and think that theyre just going to start dropping weight like its nothing.

Not only are these people miserable not only is this diet so hard to maintain that theyll probably fail but this isnt even a very sound method of losing weight.

Try to utilize your metabolism. Eat 5-6 small meals every day. Your body will realize that it isnt going to starve to death.

Then your body will repay you by burning the food you eat at a much higher rate.

This is not only healthier, but also it makes your diet feel not as much like a diet which in turn makes it easier to stick with. Source
