Diet pills can be really harmful for people and therefore you must always consult your doctor or your health expert before taking any diet pill. Very often people ignore the side effects of these pills in obsession of achieving a slim body by losing the extra kilos.

As there is no controlling body to check the manufacture and quality of such pills these are easily distributed by the manufacturers without proper quality control.

Nausea, unhealthy weight loss, dehydration, vomiting, blood pressure, anxiety, headache, insomnia, withdrawal symptoms, perspiration, irritability, dizziness and diarrhea are some of the most common problems associated with these addictive diet pills. There is also the danger of these pills being used for abuse as they are very similar to the normal drugs.
